1. Agreement

By placing an order or using any service provided by KYK Gifts, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions or supplier price revisions.
Applicable taxes and government charges will be charged extra unless otherwise specified.

3. Order Confirmation
Orders will be processed only after receiving written confirmation from the customer.
Any artwork, logo, design, content, or sample approved by the customer will be considered final.
Additional changes after approval may result in extra charges and revised delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms
Advance payment is required as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
Full payment must be completed as per the agreed payment terms.
Delayed payments may lead to delays in production, delivery, or service activation.

5. Delivery & Timelines
Delivery schedules are estimated and may vary due to production requirements, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
KYK Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, courier companies, or events beyond our control.

6. Cancellation & Refunds
Customized, printed, branded, or personalized products are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started.
Cancellation requests received before production begins may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after management approval.

7. Product Quality
Minor variations in color, size, printing, or finishing are normal and shall not be treated as manufacturing defects.
Product images and digital mock-ups are for reference purposes only.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, artwork, logos, and specifications.
KYK Gifts will not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, designs, content, and materials associated with KYK Gifts remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
KYK Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its products or services. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the respective order.

11. Force Majeure
KYK Gifts shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, transportation issues, or technical failures.

12. Modification of Terms
KYK Gifts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
